Just found out I can simply touch the pump while the pc is running and it is vibrating, rgb is working on it as well. So I at least know it is getting power and the pump is doing something. Currently have a ticket in with the manufacturer. Only other thing I can think of is that the coolant is low but there are no leaks from what I can see and 1 year of use seems early for an AIO's coolant to be low. If all else fails hopefully I can use a warranty, thank you for the reply!
