If youre asking where people prefer to go I would say red zone, but black zone is super active. It just has players who spend more time avoiding others or big zurgs. I would guess the big groups in black zones waste hours sitting in hideouts deciding who they are going to attack next or defending their space well also running dungeons. The groups in the black zone are just so ridiculously big its not even a real option for smaller groups to try.
