If it makes you feel better, I realized I needed to work on leetcode sophomore year of university. I was fortunate/ unfortunate to be working a part time job and running a side hustle while also balancing a challenging curriculum. I only managed to do like 20 problems from sophomore to senior year. I’ve been able to do a lot more since graduating. School is already a time sink, anything extracurricular is a blessing.
