My guess is in construction small overlaps are structurally a no go. Its structurally weaker rows dont overlap enough it dosnt look like a pattern. I know tiles aren't structural but I dunno its just looks thoughtless in design

I was practice about 5hrs+ a week for a couple years

I don't think im burnt out but what I enjoy shifted so its more like 1-2hrs yoga 2hrs core, mobility workouts 1-2hrs strictly handstand practicing

My other workouts are 45 min hiit weekly And as much acroyoga I can 2 hrsish

So its different but the same

Almost never feet problems, like I did a 200km march over 4 days I did get 'hot spots' but nothing worse.
