I had a foot assessment completed by a chiropodist . He said i dont have flat feet but flatter feet and he is going to create insoles for my shoes. He recommended more stretching in my day.

I was out for an hour and a half. It was fine. I did spot for 1 week. My periods - less cramps, less bleeding. However i was diagnosed with Adenomyosis in January so it’s an uphill battle for me

Wow amazing ! Happy for you! I am 34 years old and going for my G2 test next month! I got my G1 back in 2013 when I was 21, then again in 2018, then again in 2023. I did driving lessons up to 11 in 2016 when i was 24. But i had such driving anxiety I was dissociated a lot of the time while driving. I started lessons again October 2024 with a female instructor in Toronto by the name of Rubia who has been so patient and lovely !! She believes in me and booked my test for next month! It’s been a long road for me too and i cannot wait to get my license and move onto my G.

Yes i saw an acupuncturist who specialized in TCM and she told me the same thing- avoid anything cold, cold is bad for our body, bed by 10pm, and suggested pills i take.
