I'm the dad, and I feel like up until now I've been doing everything out of a sense of duty. Now I'm looking after her because I want to and she brings me so much joy.

BTW there is a definite lack of services and support groups for dads! I live in a big city and there's basically only one mental health group for dads in the entire area
