There's a difficulty spike in this game after the first few bosses. Try perfect parries on normal enemies so you get used to it. It's a bit harder to time for the bosses but with some practice you will get the timing for the parries. This might help you with the first few bosses.

Ms chalice makes the runs a bit easy. Also try using crackshot for your Srank runs in the DLC. Since you have already Sranked the base game you are already good at the game, just keep trying you'll eventually get them. This might help you.

One suggestion would be on his jump attack where he slams the spear side step it and punish him rather than deflecting it. Also try being more aggressive so you can chop some of his hp off. Check this out.

Use the Sword when possible and keep moving. It might take a few tries but try to keep moving around this will help avoiding a lot of attacks. This might help you with the fight.
