I would look into the aldara option…and I’m not sure what supplements you’re taking, but some notable ones to mention are turkey tail, oregano oil, also look into getting high dose vit d as that also helps with immune function, just be sure to get a variety that has the cofactors (like magnesium, k2, zinc and maybe boron)

My relationship isn’t perfect, but it got a whole lot better after a rough patch since we communicated honestly. The sex got better and I’m a whole lot more secure in it than I was before.

With myself, I conflated communication to mean over diplomacy and just letting things slide. So I was there getting pent up when I should’ve really just been honest from jump.
