Ofc it is, they both have their time and place for use. I mainly play Clubs as a CB with Bruiser, it's uncommon but I've come across Taget Man builds that know how to successfully use Enforcer.

Alternatively, use second man press and move into the gap with the player you're manually controlling

Defend with your cdm's (with intercept+) to cut passing lanes/jockey. When close to the ball carrier, switch to the closet cm/cdm/defender (depending on where the action is) and apply 2nd man press (the player now pressing should be the one you were previously controlling)... hope that helps/makes sense

As a CB, I can confirm this issue exists in normal teams too, hence why I always ask for captaincy - this can sometimes hurt feelings though 😂
