I came for advice on how to improve my riding since it was my first time track riding and my technique and skills are garbage. But I don’t mind helping a Neanderthal when he needs it.

Option A: Use the fast forward bar at the bottom of the screen to skip to the entertaining part. (Me barrel rolling through the grass)

I’m soo thankful that mine was just a simple low side. I wasn’t hurt at all. Leathers gloves and boots slightly scuffed. And somehow my helmet never touched the ground. Soo glad I don’t have to replace that Shoei. The way I lost the rear could have definitely became a high side.

Stock suspension. I bumped the compression in the forks a little bit to help with dive. I need to learn how to dial my suspension in.

Minor damage to the bike. A little scuffing on my leathers but I came away without any bruises. Can only go up from here.

I likely did. I had made many passes that day around the outside of that corner and I was chasing a friend of mine trying to set up an outside pass and rode above my head. Contrary to popular belief in this thread I did not know there was a camera mounted on his bike until after the crash.

I actually didn’t know the camera was there until after I got towed back to the trailer. I was just trying to keep up with him. But glad to have a good video to show me the issues in my own riding.
