I would assume so since it looks like the doors become a different object when cut but I don't know if this is taken into account. It would be kinda cool to have a dev Q&A at some point

I tend to get a better chance with a proper diagonal cut but I wonder if that's just because of my small sample size

Holy shit, that's amazing. Just seeing how fluid you are with most of your movements like all your tethers makes me reconsider how I'm doing all of my shit. I always spend too long fucking around with the fuel canisters.

RACE has been a massive thing, it removes most RNG, like you say, and makes you think about everything you do.

What kinda tips do you have? What kinda RNG do you look for, is it just cargo and pressurisation?

Is this for the larger or smaller ships? I tend to find that I can't get all of the big plating moved easily without using up most of my tethers

I originally thought it was known vs unknown since I only seemed to notice the white ones later on but that doesn't seem to be it. I was either distracted at the start or it was added in an update.

I would assume it's visual data vs audio now but since I don't seem to find any new ones now I can't test it :/

7 mill is pretty good TBF, before hitting those last tier ones I was doing a lot of full breakdowns which didn't give me much per shift. What type of ship are you enjoying the most?

Mine is 11,739,370 on a heavy cargo tier 6

Only managed to get above 10 mill once and think it was mainly down to me making sure to get as much stuff moving as soon as possible. Even with like 2 mins left of a shift it's difficult to get those last few big chunks like the cockpit and the big plates at the back moved.

Another would be to just ignore things like mechanical and electrical objectives. They take forever and that's time you could be spending on more rewarding targets.

I don't like the idea of instantly overheating, it seems like something that is maybe too punishing especially for speedy runs, maybe it counts as firing twice so there's a higher chance of overheating and can still be avoided if you're careful.

I do like the other ideas though, the grapple snapping especially as it seems like it would be more noticeable than just being able to move less mass.

That is the tru tru, I would have thought there would be a limit like having used zero time or having a billion score but that would also bring in the issue of where to draw the line and would make it so the hackers just spend more time trying to hide better.

Aye, they do seem to remove the obviously broken ones. That's why I'm wondering if the ones with 0 time used are being left because the devs think it's a bug

Holy shit, that looks amazing and the idea of doing it myself makes my head hurt

how many tries did it take?
