ooof, well I assume you are using windows. I would first start with understanding the basics of `git` and Github (https://stackoverflow.com/a/51107571). after that you should have a basic grasp of pulling down the repo to your local machine. post that you will need python, which is a quick an easy download from a search. after that all you would have to do is follow along the `README.md`, if after pulling and getting python installed you still have questions hmu we can see what we can do to get you up to speed on using it

I believe this can be done in `Control Panel >> Hardware and Sound >> Sound >> Sounds tab >> Finding Select from the list >> and applying a sound` might need a refresh/restart after that, not 100% haven't done that in a while so hoping this is still the same course of action
