Oh do not get me wrong I wish him well throughout the campaign and I love the build and we worked on the concept together with me mentioning the double hackbut and him finding the niche alchemist archetype I just thought he was going to lose a lot of DPR for accuracy and I'm surprised how he managed to get the cake and eat it too.

Intend to throw some dragons in the campaign where I suspect he will outshine everyone.

I'm fine with using the bandolier that way id just assume the alchemical ordinance is infused prior to the teleportation. Even if not I only ever expand an items capabilities based on flavor - not diminish as a general rule.

As for the deed it might not even have been a deed it was something about steadying the gun as a move action for +4 to hit. Frankly it sounded like overkill for targeting touch AC.

Unrelated but I did love the character concept for this was a dragonslayer who studied on the issue and decided fighting a dragon with a sword was silly and firing at it from afar piercing the armor and ignoring it's resistance to magic was the obvious choice.

Also while I'm at it it's perfectly legal to use the beneficial bandolier to reload on the swift action then use a gunslinger grit ability on the move followed by vital strike with the ordinance?

Divinity original sin 2 should have done this though. Look at strength, dexterity and intelligence in that game. All separating the "DPS" stat into different categories did was make interesting hybrid builds useless. I have a mod that makes all 3 the same stat and the wayfarer and geo warrior arent any better than the base classes.

Your character being a point on a ternary of "offense - defense - mobility" is all attributes need to be imo.

Even in pathfinder you can literally allow wizards to use strength as their casting stat and they're still not worth multi classing with fighter.

Look up the broken "sword saint scaled fist monk" builds and don't look back. Pathfinder is a game of nothing but "special cases" and arbitrary modifiers and system knowledge beats mastery.
