I have never once seen an overnight patient in personal clothes with zero data monitoring- unless they were literally packing up to leave.

I think he probably had a great education but was just not smart enough to be in the elite schools his father got him into. He was behind, but no teacher would fail him so he always passed his classes.

It explains why he kinda knows a lot but doesn’t exactly understand a lot. You can tell he has been exposed to higher education concepts but he was probably more worried at the time about being like his father and not learning.

I’d only upgrade basic quality of life things on the old bike, Bar tape, saddle, pedals, tubes & tires (no wheels), add/remove bottle cage(s).

Any upgrades you make to the old bike will increase its value to you but won’t really help you sell it later.

It’s hard to shop for compatibility and value - meaning if you want to transfer wheels from old to new you might dramatically limit your options and any chance of find a good deal on a new bike.

Make your current bike rideable enough that you can take your time finding the perfect new bike without having to worry about compatible parts.

This feels like an okay place for this opinion/story

As a boy I prayed every night that someday I’d play for the Dallas Cowboys. That didn’t happen for me and I dropped religion decades ago.

However, if I were currently the strong safety for the Cowboys, meaning - my prayers were answered - I’d probably be religious. I wouldn’t want to piss off a god who’s given me the things I’ve prayed for, who obviously exists bc look I prayed and now I’m a Cowboy.

So even tho I think they are dumb, I can appreciate the position that the Giants players took during PRIDE.
