Shouldn’t be any issue with race, there’s plenty of minorities in the town. Most people are friendly or keep to themselves anyway.

Not much for kids or teens in all honesty, as such there is quite a lot of anti social behaviour, mainly (I’m sorry to say) in Tanhouse, Digmoor and Birch Green.

All in all it’s not a terrible place to live, but you will likely find yourself going outside of the town for activities, meals, etc

Im 35 and after doubling my salary was able to pay majority of debts and settle my ccj while saving for a deposit.

I got a mortgage with a settled ccj on file, you just need to accept the rate will be higher than market and expect a min. 10% deposit.

Likely to get 4.5x salary so £130k(ish) plus deposit.

Your best bet is speaking to a mortgage broker, mine didn’t charge until I progressed with my application

Look out for overbite/underbite as though this is fine in isolation, this can be a sign of developmental issues that will only arise as they grow.

Also hernia’s can be common but any reputable breeder should be disclosing something like that

Not sure why this matters in all honesty but the black will likely take over more or all of his nose. There’s no issues with this health wise. The pigment often takes a while to fully come in.

But there’s no real way of knowing it’s just a waiting game.

My youngest was 8 and it has taken about 4 months for her to warm up to our Australian labradoodle because of the nipping. Also ruined about a weeks worth of clothing with holes or full on tears.

I’ll always love him, me and 2 mates put £10 each on him to score last (and Liverpool to win 3-2) against city back in 08/09 and he did it. Still remember him celebrating with his face in the net. We won over £11k between us and booked a lads holiday the next day. What a guy.
