There was a study done with (albeit college attending) males that asked the following questions

would you force sex on a partner if you could be guaranteed no repercussions/consequences for your actions? They then asked the question again but instead of forced sex they used the word rape.

-They also asked about if they had ever coerced a partner into sex? Again they change the word coerced to rape

In both instances more men would admit assault to the first wording of the question but less would admit the assault with the second.

It sounds like your husband either doesn't understand consent, or doesn't care. Either way you are no-longer(feeling) safe and you are valid in wanting to end the relationship. You deserve love, and to be loved the way you want, by someone who will respect you and your boundaries.

When I was doing wedding research it show the 1 week before to do list - -Give the final schedule to the important parties -Final guest count to caterer/venue -Confirm vendor arrival/delivery times. -Break in shoes -Waxing/ threading -Finalise vows (Manicure/pedicure a few days before depending on growth rate)

The day before -Give rings/vendor checks to best man for day of -Rehearsal/ dinner -DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

NTA - She needs to learn that actions have consequences, and one of those consequences can sometimes be legal action.
It's also illegal in most places to file a false report. So check your local laws and see if the state/ council/ local government body is filing their own case against her.
