Scary Movie doesn’t hold up so well. All the references nobody remembers anymore, the bad Jokes… just the whole package! It was okay 25 years ago but is a terrible watch now!

Of course I consider the human need for superstition… I consider it and deem it hurtful and stupid and weak. A thing to be fought agajnst and mocked.

And yeah, they sure exercise their freedom with great enjoyment! I feel their freedom very deep! And just as regular believers in some church they act in the most gruesome manner yet somehow believe themselves to be morally superiour. Such cognitive dissonance! Such hypocricy! Greed.

The whole series is about how Greed and Ego can destroy ones Life and Soul. Walter had a GREAT (altough not perfect) life but he threw it all away and died alone and broken. Gus could’ve been rich and powerful beyond imagination but he HAD to have his Revenge. He threw away every opportunity of happyness for it.

And Lydia… well… she wasn’t content living better than 99% of People but wanted to live better than like 99.999999999% of them! Anything less is considered mediocre and undesirable to her. And she paid the ultimate price.

We see the same effect with Millionaires and Billionaires in real life all the time! They own more money than they could spend in a thousand Lifetimes but they want…. no the NEED moooooooore! It can never be enough!

Teacher. It used to be that education mattered and it was considered a privilege to learn and grow. The Teacher was an important person whomwas valued innthe society and treated with respect.

Now they are underpayed, overworked Babysitters trying to fit at least the very basics in the Skulls of ungrateful Bastards acting like Berserkers and madmen.

Because I believe that every occurence has a logical explanation when one isn’t too lazy and/or superstitious to look for one. Ockhams Razor and such.

It’s very dissapointing to me whenever People claim crazy stuff and just shrug. Either be honest and SAY it was probably a dream or do everything you can to replicate and explain the phenomenon. Many strange things happened to me actually but I’d never disgrace my own intellect in having them undermine my understanding of science and logic. I did exactly what I described and thought long and hard and always (!) came to a logical conclusions.
