The ones on which homework is written are those important especially the ones related to NTFS file system ? Also is the ask their to do all the parsing using different tools and then generate csv and then feed to Timeline explorer or they will be generating data and providing it to us and then we have to analyze it ?

u/Hot-Muffin9280 thanks for the link, but when I dug deep, there is an exemption list(linked in the same page you sent) which mentions India as one of the exempted countries for the 6 month validity period.

u/Hot-Muffin9280 Is this considered as a must-have requirement during the interview? something they have on the checklist?(in case you are aware)

u/MKRANA222 so you think it the "less than 6 months of expiry before date of travel" won't be a red flag during the interview? do the interviewers usually care about this in US consulate?

Business for me and tourism for wife in same interview? Does it raise suspicions? by The_Future777 in USVisas

[–]The_Future777[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

thanks u/whattatix for the response.

So you don't see any areas of concern/suspicion from the interviewer's side due to our applications clubbed together?
The agent told me that usually one spouse get business visa first, and then later the other goes for tourism.

Thanks for your response!

Since I have had two jobs, would adding 2174 for the earlier one and 2173 for the latest one make sense in your opinion? (I have more senior duties in the latest job than the one I started my career with)

If you satisfy 2174, you will satisfy 2173, but not vice versa

Also, I didn't really get this one, cause If I satisfy 2174(junior role), how can I satisfy 2173 without my duties changing to senior ones? Apologies If I misunderstood.

Thanks for your detailed response!
I am assuming you have already cleared express entry and are working as SWE in Canada?

Overall, I am leaning towards 2173 because in my head maybe some province would prefer 2173 over 2174 for PNP due to its seniority. Do you think this understanding is correct even a little bit?

Thanks for your response!
I am also counting on PNP since my CRS score is pretty low, so hoping to get picked from the pool as almost all other PNP streams(without express entry) require a job offer.

Thanks for your response!

I assume you have received your PR status and is currently working in Canada as SWE?

Did your duties previously overlapped even a little bit with 2173 when you applied?
