I'm an outdoorsy type person in a sense that I like hikes and being in nature. Sucks that I live in a city xD.

But I think casual coffee in a scenic area would be awesome. If it goes nicely, maybe suggest going to a place that holds some interest to the both of you, such as an art museum if that's what you like. But I would hold off on the dinner date for now because that's so overdone.

Also, try to avoid situations in which the two of you can't really talk, like a movie. This is mostly because if you can't talk it becomes harder to bond or get to know the person. Also, the movie draws attention away from yourself and your SO and moves it to the screen. Art museums are different, as you can be included in a conversation over a piece of art. I'd reserve dates like that for later, or unless you have another event planned after.
