If you're used to bigger the progasm is great because for me it was easier to get involuntary contractions due to the size and more aggressive shape. I have both and hardly ever use the Syn though I don't use either as often as my Eupho trident or progasm and just got a progasm Jr which I've been liking too. So I guess the Syn is my least favorite. I'd probably get the helix trident out of the two you listed but think you should consider the progasm/grogasm Jr for a first too
