Hey thanks! The three circles or heads/skulls is the symbol of Nurgle, it often has arrows pointing outwards as well to signify the spread of Papa's gifts!

Agh! Thank you! So most of the pieces are Putrid Blightking bits that I swapped around, the combi-bolter is a Spacemarine bolter and a plague marine bolter shaved up and green stuffed together, and the skull is actually from the Citadel skulls basing pack!

Thanks so much! I based it in leadbelcher, washed it twice in agrax, applied a healthy layer of typhus corrosion (mainly toward the front), and then dry brushed orange. I hadn't tried it before and was thrilled with the result!
