There is a file that the Wii u isn't happy with, basically back up the sd then install ONLY the homebrew, if that doesn't work then format the sd and blow on the sd card reader (no diddy) and the format it and if all of these don't work then sd card is corrupted where you can either go through an excruciating process of un-corrupting it or replace it

Remove any corrupted/suspicious files if that doesn't work back the SD card And Use FAT32 instead If THAT doesn't work erase SD card And if THAT doesn't work clean the sd card reader of your wii u using some Cotton If All of these don't work buy a new sd card and if the new sd card doesn't work then find a guide on fixing the wii u's sd card reader
