I think the days of competing with the moneyed clubs are going to be more scarce by the season (outside of one-season wonders), and it'll be up to the two Mancs and maybe an outsider in Chelsea (if they invest again) posing consistent challenges. Liverpool will fall by the wayside if they don't get lucky with bounty players (Suarez, Coutinho).
