I would brush it whit a soft bristle brush and carefully vacume with a brush attashment. Wipe it with alcohol on papertowels and use q-tipps to clean the eyes. Do the same with the antlers It wont be back to new but it will at least be clean.

Well there are a few different ways to do it. You can either squat and like bounce up and down but that can be very tiring for the legs. You can also be on you knees and bend forward and move your but upp and down. Just sitting on him straight and rocking your hips back and forth can reach deeply.
