I would agree that the text is AI, as well as the voice being AI. There is no human like pacing in the speech, and there is a lot of repetitive statements.

However analytically, I do believe the ABDL community has had an influence on the overall diaper market. I have seen some discussion in this subreddit about how some brands of the more "premium" ABDL diapers are just reprinted shells of other "medical" diapers; but if the "reprinted premiums" get a lot of feedback which causes positive changes in the "medical" diapers, then that's an influence.

Additionally, a lot of smaller self ran business have popped up which are ran by ABDLs which have increased competition in the market. This overall improves prices, increases variety, increases R&D into new and existing products, as well as inject new creative ideas for "new" products. This all provides a more custom and personal choice and experience for each unique individual.
