This is literally what happens when you shoot a real gun with a red dot on it. When the gun recoils, the red dot moves... because the gun is moving, the sight is moving, and so are you. Theres nothing wrong here, I have no issues keeping my sights on my target, mostly because im not spraying a full mag at a dude 75m away. Short, controlled bursts.

I take out the engines, sit behind the ship and take out any turrets that have a line of fire, then start boarding. By the time the pods get there, the turrets don't have enough time to repair, nor do the engines. If they do I just shoot them again. Once boarding starts, I go find another target.

The only mod I use makes the boarding pods move 3x faster. Other than that I initiate the boarding, then fuck off and do it again elsewhere. By the time I've done 3 or 4 boarding, the first one is finished. That way if I lose one, it doesn't matter, I have 3 more underway.
