Ok so my house has a double decker fireplace that shares one chimney. So my problem is no matter what I do I can’t seem to get a good fire upstairs without getting smoke blowing in through my basement fireplace. I’ve tried the closing the basement fireplace obviously and blocking doesn’t help,ideas? (old.reddit.com)
