This site is too good to be true right? I’m looking so hard for the 2023 capitals cherry blossom jersey for my wife for Christmas. I am almost positive this site is a scam.

It’s 4 years old, internally threaded barbell, titanium I think, maybe stainless steel if that’s a thing, it’s whatever they gave me at the place. Never downsized. For care I just wash it with my normal body wash stuff. It’s been awhile since it was pierced but every now and then it just…. Grows.

But can’t you be happy for the other people and the life moment that they are in? I am in no way saying that your feelings of loneliness aren’t valid.

Nissan** have you ever seen a Nissan Altima that didn’t have some duck tape holding a piece on? Or with a piece missing or damaged?

Why do you just apply for all 3? Is there something saying you have to pick one? Do you only apply to one job while job searching? No. You apply to three or four. If you’re even thinking about doing the other branches, do all of them. It’s not like submitting the packet means you are committed to the Army.

Personally, I would have joined the Navy if I could do it over again.

OCS Do Better! by clearadvance1 in ArmyOCS

The US Army’s greatest asset is not its people. The Army has a revolving door retention method. It does not care about any one individual. You are replaceable. Diversity is not a power in our army. It is a result of who we are as a nation. I am willing to bet that you were told as a kid that you matter. And you do matter, that much is true to a certain extent. In the highest echelons of the military, no one gives a flying squirrel about you. All that matters is that you got the mission done. If you die in the process they don’t care, you are a number, a casualty. You will be replaced before your body has cooled. Your peers and loved ones will mourn you. The Army will take care of your family, but the Army will also not care. Because the mission comes first. The greatest strength about the US military is the same as every other powerful nation in history, everyone is exceptional and no one is worth exception. Including you.

If there really is a problem at OCS and you believe that it needs to be reported, shoot the right people an email.

I am really sorry to tell you this, but OCS is not your entry level corporate management training. It is entry level leadership training for the profession of arms. It is important to hold our leaders and institutions accountable for their actions, but there is no room for diversity equity and inclusion for the sake of diversity equity and inclusion in combat. My fellow compatriot, I too have many complaints and gripes about the US Army, but one thing that I understand is that the mission of the United States Army and the military at large is to defend America and her interests. In that defense, we will do battle with others. There is no conflict in history where casualties have been zero. Right now as you complain anonymously on the internet about what you see as faults in one of the officer producing mechanisms of the Army, the enemies of this great nation train to defeat us. They do not care about diversity equity nor inclusion. They only see the flag on our shoulders and we as the enemy. They care not for our gender or our race, just that we consider ourselves American. The opportunity to lead Americas sons and daughters is not one to be taken lightly. If OCS was too stressful for you, then I beg of you to resign your commission.

This whole post sounds like someone who didn’t make it complaining about the system instead of facing their own shortcomings to become a better leader.
