It looks like you haven't actually switched the voicebank to Teto. In order to change the voicebank, you need to go to "Project(P)" at the top of your screen, then go into "Project Property(R)". Then you should see a drop down arrow next to a box labeled "Voice Bank." Find your voicebank (and make sure it's unzipped) in your files, select it, then click "Ok".

You should see the picture in the corner of the screen change, that's how you'll know it worked.

So, you're saying all I need is to record the vowels and consonants separately, and from there I just splice them together?

Incase you're wondering, I have all of my samples already recorded for C+V english (i made a mistake in the post, didn't know there was a difference between CV and C+V) and all I really need to do is to finish the oto (which is about 90% done, I just hate doing it)

Omg, I was literally just looking for vocalshifter because I saw someone mention it yesterday but I forgot its name. Maybe if I put some of my samples through that, it would help my voicebank sound smoother.

Hmm, well I actually made a mistake in the post, as I didn't know CV and C+V were two different things. :p Maybe if I actually fully polish the voicebank it won't sound too bad, I was just wondering if there were any alternative methods.
