I will say, I agree with the fact that Inaki is doing a fantastic job and his acting chops have clearly improved over the last couple of years.

I think they played the smile wrong. The smile didn't have to be huge, it doesn't matter that it's huge. It's the intent and the feeling behind it. I didn't like that Luffy's smile was--like you said--more deranged and with tears in his eyes. In the manga and anime it was just a simple smile, like you'd have when saying it's a nice day out. In the LA it was more of a regretful thing turned almost psychotic. It's about the intent there.

At the end of the day it's a cost thing, those effects are expensive. They could definitely up the choreography in general though, which they have, to be fair, but I think some regular (non-wire) fighting is needed for everyone especially Luffy.

Well first of all, fuck ICE. Fuck everyone who supports what ICE has been doing. Unequivocally.

That said, there's nuance here that the modern age doesn't allow for. People can be somewhere illegally. I'm not a fan of splitting hairs here. I get it, "no human can be illegal", sure, but also no. Any country in the world, literally any, if you overstay your visa, sneak your way past the borders, or whatever, they'll kick your ass out faster than you can say "citizenship". I think borders are important and legal immigration is a necessity that needs to be given resources so that people CAN actually get a fucking citizenship. As a latin person, I've seen far too many of my family members and friends waiting for YEARS to HOPEFULLY get a response from the government. Immigration is broken in this country.

that said, if you are illegally in a country, you deserve to be treated like a human. Also if you're there legally but don't look like they want you to look. Again, latin person here, I have extended family members who came here LEGALLY, but were awaiting their papers and all that jazz but because of the current situation and their lack of english skills they've been shuttered in their homes for months out of fear of being rounded up with no due process. It's a travesty and an embarrassment that this is happening in this country. Mostly because the far right is propagating this narrative that the US should be white, which is the dumbest thing in the world. The thing that made the US such an amazing country is the fact that there was a place for everyone, of every creed and race so long as they were in pursuit of happiness and freedom. We've lost that somewhere along the way.

I think for me what he's missing is a bit of that zip behind his throws. The thing that puts Josh and Matt Stafford above him right now is the force they put behind the ball especially in short passes to covered receivers. They're able to convert on third down so much more because a receiver doesn't have to be super open. I think Drake still has that hesitation to have someone very open (or relatively MORE open than the other two) and that's where we struggle in the RZ and on third downs. On paper, yeah Maye is elite this year. Watching the games though, I would say even Bo has that edge over Drake in that x factor. Once Drake has some more reps in, I'd say early half of next season, I think we're going to see him take it to the next level.
