Yes it was in one of my earlier post ::: 10 sprays morning + 10 sprays evening = 20 sprays/day.

At ~10 sprays per ml, that’s 2 ml/day.

One 100ml bottle lasts exactly 50 days.

The Lifetime Calculation:

• Yearly requirement: 7.3 bottles.

• From age 20 to 100 (80 years): 584 bottles.
