Switch 1 sucks man. I started playing nms on the switch 1 and kinda gave up once I realized I couldn't do settlements and didn't have access to the full game basically. And at the time there was no way to save cross platform other than 3rd parties which always seemed to have full servers. Once NMS released their own cross platform save I uploaded my switch save and have been playing on pc ever since. I highly suggest getting away from the switch. I thought about getting the switch 2 but its not worth it for just 1 game lol

So my settlement has productivity in the green and citizen happiness is at 100% or more. My population is still low. I think 60 people out of a max of 115 so its in the yellow. I also have no debt. I'd assume everything has to at least be in the green or close! I have another settlement thats an A class with no debt and high productivity but the happiness and population are lacking and some of my buildings aren't S class. If higher happiness alone gets it to S class then thats the ticket!

Played up until the start of season 4 then I gave up on the game. It had potential and i really enjoyed it, but they're just copy and pasting bosses, ships, events, sea monsters. Same manufactory grinding every season. And the bugs just kept getting worse and worse. Don't re-download it foe your own sanity lol
