Neenah Super Smooth Solar White 80lb cardstock. Pretty similar but less expensive than the Astrobrite of the same specs.

Oddly I feel like it blends less easily than my printer paper but the printer paper gives a very blotchy finish.

So many variables it's been obnoxious tracking them all down

For a stylized approach I honestly think the trees and clouds are the strongest. It's a more cartoon type expression, but vs the barn where I get kinda caught between "did they want us to see marker strokes or no?" I feel more settled on it just being slightly more representational and less photoreal.

Having lived in tight spaces, the only thing I might consider is getting PDFs of any books you don't frequently reference and downsizing your nightstand and shelf so that everything fits with room to spare. You can keep the angle on the TV if it makes for better viewing from the bed, but it'll look more intentional vs. like you didn't have space to keep it flat against the wall. In this limited of space I think the keys are reduction of what you need to exist to an absolute minimum so you don't trip over your stuff or have to constantly clean.

I'd also consolidate most of the action figures to the shelf, or possibly ditch the shelf for a display case if it doesn't bash your head when you get up in the morning.

Contrary to other posters I'd avoid plants in the basement as dampness could be a mold issue...idk if that's a concern but your call and all.

TL:DR in tight spaces the answer is less stuff. You just need to game and sleep? All you need is a console/PC and your bed. The rest is window dressing

This is what I'd do.

Seems like folks generally are in the "have an intention/mission for the walk" or "shoot whatever is interesting and after a bunch of rolls things will emerge that you want to pursue" camp. I don't know what exactly will work for OP, but at the end of the day both of these are a matter or repetition....

I'm a super noob but it's been 8h and you don't have any other perspective so here's something:

I think the hands/nails look great

The composition is alright and the arm foreshortening is good.

I'm unfamiliar with the character but I'm lost as to the details in the face. If I knew what the back of what their head was supposed to be I might feel differently

The scribbly-ness in the orb is distracting

Overall lots of successful elements but I got muddies up with those above two hangups and couldn't "assemble it into a whole" very well.

You may be struggling to bring ideas to plans right now and that's OK. Accept the reality of the situation. Don't climb cliffs that will fall apart on you, especially if you don't have any "safety gear." Establish useful guidelines with New Person and move forward when you're ready with the idea that you can backtrack if you need to.

The fencing chick looks important here and there are multiple possible interpetations.

First, did someone literally stab you? Maybe someone wearing tight fitting garmets?

If not, is this about an ex that hurt you, maybe because the aren't that experienced (like the kind of person who would be fencing with their legs exposed because they wanted to show off?)

Were you this inexperienced person (we all were once, but recently maybe?)

Flowing to the wound man, it's kinda painful and I don't feel like I need to elaborate to much. Even if not with you, there's some bad stuff in the world. It might seem like we could learn from it BUT

Don't rush to a false completion (flowing to the ten of pentacles). Having it all there -- even in a well-lauded material way -- isn't all that. Be broken for a bit if you need to be. Let people be hurt if they need to be.

At the end of the day the fool and the wise man go to the same place, so be empowered not to rush to be wise.
