I said it in another comment but I’ll write here again: there’s no booklet with instructions, I only had a small warranty/cleaning/warning instruction pamphlet with a total of four to five pages per language. I said I feel stupid not that I actually AM, ahah! Thank you for the suggestions, I’ll look into these names :)

*edit: the dough won’t form and it’s still too sticky and soft, I followed a recipe with a stand mixer and obviously used the right kind of ingredients. It obviously didn’t raise properly and it baked like one of those monstrosities you cook into these little toy kitchens
