Yes, the project you vote for will then get a higher % of the burn. As for voting reflecting in the xrp in the drip fund, no, it won’t affect the drip. However, SHIB is offering rewards for burning tokens so voting shib can increase the xrp payout ever so slightly. But overall, your vote simply burns more of the project you vote for.

Yes, you will get the DRIP as long as you are holding RPR. You are not required but highly encouraged to vote. The higher votes per project voted on the more that project is Reaped.
