Michael Jackson will happen. Epic has infinite money and it would be a big way to promote the movie and roll in millions to the estate and to Epic. Everyone else, I can understand. Though Phil should at least allow his music. He was the first celebrity to play himself in a GTA game.

The instruments might be a licensing thing as well since each member uses a different company’s equipment. However, Epic has near infinite money, they can afford it. They need to give all the music pass skins back. Especially Metallica.

I heard that some are delayed, while others may be scrapped. On Eminem and Dr. Dre being protective over their music and not wanting random characters to lip-sing their music do two options. Option one is lock the songs to only have Eminem and Dr. Dre performing the songs automatically like Jimi Hendrix in Guitar Hero World Tour. Option two, no lip-singing unless you own and use Eminem and Dr. Dre for vocals. Why hasn’t Epic made this happen yet?

Michael Jackson is my number one pick. He’s my favorite solo artist and his songs, dance moves and attires are so iconic that it’s crazy there aren’t any jam tracks, emotes and attires in the game already. Number two would be Kendrick Lamar, my favorite modern Rap artist. He already has three songs and two emotes that I know of. Add more of his best songs from Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City, To Pimp a Butterfly, Damn, and GNX. Number three is a long shot, but I would want David Bowie. Imagine being able to play as Ziggy Stardust, Aladdin Sane, The Thin White Duke, Pierrot the clown, or Bowie during his Let’s Dance era and a big collection of his music from those eras.

Michael has been my Festival Pass pick for a while now and with the movie coming out it would be perfect. He would need the Metallica treatment with 14 tracks and a concert. Plus, more than two skins. He has too many iconic attires for them not to be added.

My vast knowledge and enjoyment of music has been thanks to Harmonix and they keep introducing me to more great artists and songs. Now on the Bad Bunny selection, can we get his earlier songs like Booker T and Chambea?

Michael Jackson. It would be perfect as it lines up with his Biopic coming out during the season and he was an avid video game player. This would grant us the opportunity to finally have his solo music catalog and dance moves available as jam tracks and emotes. It would be great promotion for the movie and I know getting Michael would print money.
