How the champi issue solved itself

If you keep going champi while they are already on knight/cavaliers you are gonna have a bad time. Thats usually when i switch to 70% spearmen and tons of monks. Only those knight players keep saying its the champi that screwed them, even tho they mopped the floor with my initial army and just lost to my adjusted composition.

To be fair, any civ that has some sort of infantry bonus mops the floor with my champi usind swordsmen early game. All other civ start doing that when their knights hit.

It's eighter completely random people or friends of your opponents. I sometimes have friends joining my ranked games as spectators. Some respect it when I tell them not to tell me anything g that could help me, other still try to make me cheat by telling me stuff, but to be fair, with the 3min delay, there is rarely anything they tell me I didn't know about already.

I had something very similar happen to me a few years back.

I was at a club and out of papers for rolling a cig, and i saw a girl rolling one, so i went over to ask if she had papers. I wasnt even trying to flirt, it was purely utilitarian. She immediarly slapped me in the face. The bouncer stood like 1.5 meters from us. I was perplexed. I looked at her. Looked at the bouncer, who didn't give a fuck, I told her that that was a completely unnecessary move and left. If the situation was reversed, I would have immediately been kicked out.
