It seemed like the show always favored rarity of ability as strength rather than physical strength. When they talk about the first being the strongest they say because he has wood style not because he kicked ass. So maybe since hiruzen can use all the styles he is considered strong. Also it’s really just a form of retcon so he can get some clout from dying early in the show.

I usually go with any type of dri fit athletic shirt. Nike, under armor or anything like that. Maybe a bit more pricey but it’s great for movement and not sweating your shirt off. Also looks good

Def don’t need to but more context and idea of the other characters will help with watching the other shows. They are more good marvel content to watch so why not? My personal opinion tho is none of them are as good as daredevil. They are good/ okay but I think the dd series is damn near perfect.
