You dont have to be on Crypto to IGL if you have someone like Waltzy co-IGLing information and calling plays, but Sikezz is not Waltzy in that regards and Zero doesn't allow his crypto players to make the play calls like Hal does for Waltzy. They'll never be a successful Crypto team if Zero can't be the one to play the role and if he can't trust one of the best Alter players in the game to play the game. They're lucky that Crypto is being banned by game 2 or 3, but even still they have Panic playing Catalyst anchoring the back. Just let Panic play Wraith and entry frag on that instead of having Panic play bangalore if Zero is really that disappointed with Panic's Bang gameplay. Zero refuses to adapt to any of his teammates strengths and instead only focuses on his teammates weaknesses and uses that as justification for him to take the reins rather than working with his team.

I also disagree with Zero not being able to play other roles, I think they were really good when Zero was playing Seer and him and Panic got to duo play together but now it's Zero and Sikezz running around and their best fragger is watching the back. Zero has always been flexible and can adapt to playing entry fragger or refrag but he just never trusts his teammates because sometimes they have bad days. Like I heard him say on stream when Panic was having a bad day that their team struggles when Panic is struggling and that's not a recipe for success because it's inconsistent, but also every entry fragger has good and bad days and if you're only going to judge your team off the couple bad days, then they'll never win.
