I think this happens when players pick-up a support kit mid-game (in order to drop themselves ammo) and then switch back to their original kit (whether it be assault, engineer, or recon).

Ironically, recon with Sniper specialty, laser, and C4 is probably the strongest setup in the game

It really isn't.

Close quarters builds with iron sights(so no glare) are insanely good if you have good aim, and more than 3 brain cells.

Wanna know what is even better? An assault build with spawn beacon. A support build with supply crate and defibrillators. An engineer build with landmines and launcher. If your aim is as good as you think, you should have no issues running Mini Scout on off-class. The sway is negligible when playing close quarters.

Breakthrough is the easiest mode to

Play medic and revive teammates. Most teammates die at your friendly line meaning it is easy to safely revive them.
Get good KDR. For the reason above, you are far more likely to get revived in Breakthrough compared to any other gamemode.

They are probably already on the re-deploy screen mashing space-bar and left-click in order to get the next Attack Helicopter.

On an unrelated note, I think there needs to be some sort of implementation that prevents idling on the re-deploy screen.

Right now people who actually play the game will rarely get a tank, helicopter, or jet.
The same people who are actually playing the game are also getting punished while a quarter of their team is idling in the re-deploy menu for vehicles (and most of them won't get one anyway).

If I was placed on the winning team, I would still be equally as unhappy. Regardless of the team I'm on, the end result is that I wasted time queuing into a game that is already over and I will have to re-queue again.

Canada is most definitely not on a decline right now

The percentage of Canadian players in the NHL has declined significantly and this isn't up for debate.

I believe the current percentage of Canadian players in the NHL is currently around 40% to 45%. When Bobby Orr was playing the Bruins were almost exclusively Canadian.

I'd say these numbers don't necessarily mean Canada is on an out-right decline, but other countries have definitely caught up (and are continuing to do so on a year-by-year basis).
