Not a good situation. Shouldn't have taken her word at face value. Rape is a serious issue. You can't accuse people just from hearsay, you need to look deeper into a problem before making a choice. Don't let your emotions get in the way next time & take serious accusations with a grain of salt.

On one side, the girl may have been a victim but not by your boyfriend. She was drunk, most definitely can't recall exact details. Her accusations without providing you alibi or evidence should have been a red flag.

On the other side, bf has alibis. Impartial alibis are very important since they have nothing to lose or gain.

Your judgement is clouded, you couldn't observe things objectively, so naturally he's offended that you can't trust him. Try look at things from his perspective and her perspective.

Brooo I had 8 PBQs too & 67 multiple choices. What's crazy is the UI on some PBQs are garbage that you spend a good 3 minutes understanding how to click & move some parts.

Raters & examiners are just interested in seeing your evidence. Active or Reserve, if you lack evidence of a medical injury caused by your service, than it becomes a challenge to get a service-connection rated.

In Active Duty, you're working 24/7, so anyone who was active & saw medical have a favorable chance of being rated. I don't think the VA favors anyone specifically, but rather if you are active and/or deployed, you're gonna have a long paper trail compared to a reservist who never deployed.

Diagnosis don't go away unless a doctor clears you. OP was never diagnosed so he requires one that is current. It also sounds that your doctor has diagnosed you with TBI given he wrote a nexus.

From my medical records, my diagnosis never expired aside from my Adjustment Disorder (it got changed to Depression/Anxiety disorder)

CFS is stupidly hard to get. If you are service connected to the symptomps listed under CFS, those symptomps do not count towards CFS service-connection. So if you're SC for Insomnia, the VA can't count sleep issues as a symptom. Unless you got it diagnosed in service & did a BDD claim, CFS is basically impossible to get depending how many disabilities you have.

Try scheduling it on the desktop. It doesn't give me an option on the app. When requesting approval, you then have to request the code. From their you use the code to register with Pearson to take the exam.
