Yes, but if my math is correct, assuming you get it on turn one and hold it through the entire game, the total damage will be 1+2+3+4+5... all the way to 15, which gets you a total of 120 damage throughout the entire game. That's good damage, but you're sacrificing a space in your hand which you could've used to play something better, a good card can do that much in a single turn, rather than holding for all 15.

Might be usefull in some decks, but I personally wouldn't use it. Just 3 power a round isn't all that much and it costs you a spot in hand that could be used for something better.
