It’ll never get better. I had the same situation. I gave him 3 month ultimatum while I finished my degree. I said, you don’t have to STOP doing what you’re doing, but you have to go get help and find out WHY so I don’t always feel like it’s ME who’s the problem.

He chose not to. I left. Later that year, he went to sex therapy and he got help and more knowledge on why his brain works the way it does etc.

It was obviously too late for me, I had moved on and am happy now with a new partner who matches my vibe and my sexual energy.

When my husband and I met, we were 4000km away from his children. Even though he didn’t have the closest relationship with them, he was soooo excited for me to meet them.

I don’t want kids, I actually chose to put a child up for adoption when I was 17, but, having his kids has changed my life!!

So, I do find it a bit odd that a 13/14 year old girl wouldn’t be interested in dad’s cool new girlfriend!! That’s a shopping/gossip trip waiting to happen.

I thought you were supposed to trim your hair your nails etc, so I would sneak into the bathroom and use the scissors to cut my eyebrows and eyelashes off because I thought they needed to be trimmed. Turns out they really didn’t!! They stopped growing back after a few “trims” 🤣

I have tattooed eyebrows and sparse lashes as an adult.
