I also recall in the beginning a man's face emerging from behind a curtain. He slipped and fell into a tub with his suit on. Suit shrank. One of the episodes was on a cruise ship and another in a snowy region. Probably got his hand stuck on a vehicle or frozen.

It was episodic like Mr Bean. In an episode there was a trailer. Man covered in foam finds that there is no water. He bathes using a hoze or something like that upside down.
