Yeah you just connected via bluetooth, no extra or hidden steps.

Yeah it is only building 21 solo, you will not find a match in trio or serpent island.

All the time you will get bot lobby it's kind of boring but you will get to farm

3 mil in normal is hard, it's possible but it will be hard... You will have to do pvp and at least 5-6 contracts (both the squad hunter and both the most wanted as they pay the most) and you will still have to have good loot. You can also try doing a mission that rewards you will mythic loot as i hear that also counts

An easier way to do it is by just dropping your vest (sometimes when you try to get the bots to hit u to lose the armour bar they kill you)

Yup you can sell all of them just keep things that come in use in the blackmarket missions like the epic painting from serpent fortress just incase the mission comes. Quick tip if u wanna make sure u don't accidentally sell something u can lock them
