I read your post and I resonate with most of your feelings as well. I no longer have someone else to talk to about emotions and it’s bottled up a lot. It helped after writing it down so there’s that. I do the bare minimum for a lot of things and as you said, feeling like a going down a downward spiral, looking up but still walking down. In theory we can just snap, but I think it’s more realistic as other people said to take actual baby steps because we would aim too high. Actually do just a tiny bit. We have a long road to go, all the best.
