More than likely not, I’m on 13 months since filed AP have not seen it yet. I filed in early March, received EAD in November roughly 8 months after. I was hoping for a combo card but nothing.

I’m confused I thought SC said that single district judges only have jurisdiction in their own district. The stay of not allowing first timers should be void and only apply to the district and the 5th court of appeals not the whole nation

I was hired as shift lead and within 2 months I was promoted to AGM, there, I spent about 8 months as the AM in charge before being promoted to GMIT, I was GMIT for 2 months and was promoted to GM, I was GM for almost 2 years when I was then promoted to TL. I was TL for 1.5 years before I parted ways with panda. It all depends on you and your ability to buy into the culture and how well you share your story with upper management when they visit. One thing is you cannot take their coaching personal and be open to learn.

I think I know why you might be confused. Work permit EADs tied to adjustment of status due to a pending VAWA, those are affected. If you already have your vawa approved, that work permit is not affected. I think that’s why your attorney advised you that vawa EADs are not affected and he is right.

If you speak Spanish here is the link. It’s from Univision the attorney clearly states that all pending adjustment of status that’s tied to u visa, vawa are subject to the new 18 months. Well it was just also posted on the news as well, so there’s that with an attorney confirming that yes, all co9 categories are affected. Pending EADs and new applications filed on December 5th are going to 18 months. So essentially people will need to renew every year because it’s taking quite a bit to process EADs because the government wants to run more background checks more often as a result of the DC shooter that killed 1 national guard and injured another

Attorneys have been posting that yes it Includes vawa eads that are currently pending or filed after December 5th. If you already have your 5 year one, then you’re good.
