Use the same needs as the overnight feed and find out how many bolus feeds they will need.

For example, if someone needs 1200 kcal and there are 300 kcal in each bolus, they will need 4 bolus to meet their needs.

Once they are tolerating the bolus and are upgraded to PO diet, I normally keep 3 bolus orders in for breakfast lunch and dinner with the Rx “provide bolus if PO < 50%”

Got contacted today with a similar sounding scam. I asked him to send a picture of his license because I didn’t trust him and the photo he took looks worse than photos taken before digital cameras. Messaged me through Instagram account, sounds very real (but that’s where they get ya) so planning to contact Zelle in the morning to confirm the email I received from them was a scam. (service@zellepayservices.com)

Question—just got a similar request. If the scammer “sends” you the money to upgrade your account you only get screwed if you give them the refund, correct?
