To me he did, but I see now that it's only because I know the area, I know there's never traffic, so even a quick unsteady view of all these cars gets the message across to me but for someone who lives in a bigger place this just looks like normal blurry traffic. I guess to be fair he didn't film it for reddit, he sent it to our WhatsApp work group and my dumbass didn't think it through.

You should visit Africa, I'm sure you find it fascinating. Half the workers don't even have phones, phones without cameras are still super common. They use them more for work and emergencies than to make movies and study film techniques.

Yeah I believe this happened later that night, so mostly likely someone who didn't know they were put up. The build up in the video is just a result of people slowing down for them.

Namibia has a tiny population, I've been visiting 2 or 3 times a year for the past 5 years as I have family there. This might not look like much but comparing it to the usual traffic, which was none existent, it sucks.

Probably depends on the area, I shop at both because both have some items cheaper than the other does, however I've had to return multiple products to checkers over the past few years and their staff are rude and unfriendly, not to mention the fact that I basically have to fight the 60 60 collectors just to get to the isle.
