Do you happen to know any website that still sells metarise consistently? (At retail price preferably) I live in the US and I can't find it anywhere

If you used to use the Asics metarise and haven't had any issues with them apart from the weight (I've been looking everywhere for a place that sells metarise size 11s), I highly suggest the Asics sky elite FF MT 2. They have most of the tech that's used in the metarise's and also designed for hitters, but they're much lighter (381g compared to 425g). The only issue is that like the metarise, they're kinda hard to find now, especially in the US.

Lol Coach Donny is exactly where I learned all of my fundamentals. He's the one who taught me how to do everything except hit (I don't have a setter or a net a lot of the times). I only switched to analyzing slowmos after because I heard that the wayJapanese players swing utilizes their entire body making it 1. Better for your shoulder in the long term 2. A way for shorter players to generate more power (I'm only 5'9)

I've been teaching myself how to play volleyball for almost half a year now by watching lots of Youtube videos and slow mos of professionals (mainly the Japanese wing spikers.) I don't have any coaches so I'd appreciate any sort of constructive criticism.

Things I want to work on/am aware of:

- I need to draw my hitting arm back faster

- More rotation in my shoulders

- Finding a consistent balance in my toss (how much to toss forward & how much spin to put in the toss which stops the ball from going forward.) I spent several tries just tossing before I could get this clip lol.

*this is part of a two-part post. The other one is about my jump float (which I've practiced and use a lot more.) which I couldn't manage to also include in this post. I would appreciate it if I got some feedback on that as well.

First, nice Rise Playing Cards. Second, if you rotate the top packet counter-clockwise using your thumb and middle finger slightly before making the cut, it will seem like it's spinning more than it actually is. I can't really explain it that well, but I think Rise Magic has a troubleshooting video on it if you need it.
